Information about the position

As a Greenhouse Environment Control AI Agent Development Engineer, you will build systems that monitor greenhouse conditions in real time and autonomously generate and execute optimal control strategies using deep-learning-based digital twin models and AI agents.

You will be at the core of an intelligent greenhouse control platform that proactively responds to changes in crop growth status and external weather conditions.

In this position, you'll

Design and develop deep-learning-based digital twin models using greenhouse environment data (sensors, weather, crop status, etc.)
Develop AI agents for greenhouse environment control leveraging digital twin models
Design and implement optimal control algorithms for greenhouse climate management
Build automated control strategy generation and real-time environment adjustment systems powered by AI agents
Conduct integration testing with live greenhouse environments; validate and improve system performance
Develop control system monitoring dashboards and operational pipelines

About you

Relevant Fields of Study

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in a related field or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in a related field.

Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.

Required Technical Skills (one or more)

Experience developing deep-learning-based digital twin models
Experience building AI agent systems
Academic background or hands-on experience in optimal control techniques
Proficiency with Python-based deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
Demonstrated development experience through published research or completed projects

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading and managing technical projects
Working-level English communication skills
Involvement in smart farm or agricultural automation projects
Experience with vision-based deep learning (object detection, classification, anomaly detection)
Experience building cloud-based ML pipelines (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Experience deploying real-time control systems or edge-device inference (ONNX, TensorRT, etc.)
